A cryotherapy studio doubled booked appointments from the same ad spend

The client runs a Cryotherapy studio in Walnut Creek, California. The client implemented a very effective Meta Ads campaign generating consistent leads for the facility. While the Meta ads funnel brought in the prospects, only 18% booked the appointment after joining the list. Once the leads fill out the form, they would get a generic email and then they went silent.
What we Built
We clearly saw the gap. New leads weren’t sent follow-up nudges to remind them about their free consultation. We implemented a two staged follow up system to ensure that none of the leads slip through the cracks. A 5-part welcome sequence designed to educate, build trust and address common objections. A 4-part nurture sequence for prospects who did not book during the first touch. This sequence was built around sharing inspiration and success stories.
The Result
Without changing the ad spend or targeting, consult requests nearly doubled from 18% to 37%. The weekly consultation bookings went from 5–10 to 15–20 per week. The same leads that were previously slipping through the cracks were now being nurtured into booked consultations.
