Ash Bhattacharya runs a coaching program for parents of autistic children. Autism 360 offers tools, education, and support to help parents navigate their journey. They needed a predictable, high-converting webinar engine that could consistently enroll parents into the program. We built a complete webinar-driven acquisition system: script, slides, and structure, plus the landing page, reminder emails, and post-webinar follow-up.

Client objectives

Enroll 15–20 parents into the program using a single webinar-driven launch. Build a non-salesy, emotionally safe webinar that resonates with overwhelmed, skeptical parents. Equip the founder (Ash) to sell in a calm, trust-first environment. Avoid complexity: no paid ads, no heavy tech, and no long launch cycles. When Ash approached us, Autism 360 was struggling to sell their flagship group coaching program. Despite high-quality content and a skilled sales team, few parents were enrolling. We aligned around these objectives before building the system.

Strategic approach

Our webinar strategy leaned on empathy, clarity, and quiet authority because parents weren’t just joining a program, they were looking for a lifeline. We repositioned the webinar from a “presentation” into an “emotional clarity session,” guiding parents from chaos → clarity → possibility. We wrote a soft, emotionally safe script using a story-driven flow based on real parent experiences to reduce fear and overwhelm while building trust. We designed a trust-first architecture with an emotional arc: “I feel alone” → “I’m not the only one” → “There is a path forward” → “I can do this with help.” Finally, we built a pre-webinar warm-up and a post-webinar follow-up that focused on clarity and next steps, not pressure.

Key assets delivered

We delivered warm, high-converting webinar registration copy. We created a full webinar script and slide deck using empathy-led storytelling. We built a show-up boosting reminder + pre-frame sequence. We wrote a post-webinar follow-up designed to increase conversions without pushiness. We also created a deep-dive FAQ segment to address hard emotions like guilt, time constraints, and fear. And we produced sales call support docs to guide heart-led enrollment conversations.
