A US Cryotherapy franchise in the San Francisco East Bay wanted to fill a limited men's fat-loss therapy campaign. We delivered email strategy, automation, and copy: a two-week sequence that mixed education with entertainment so the list had a reason to reply and book.

Cryotherapy has grown in popularity in recent years for its non-invasive fat-loss therapy. A US Cryotherapy franchise in San Francisco's East Bay wanted to promote a high-ticket fat-loss therapy campaign for men. Traditionally, such campaigns are hard to convert because men are not as inclined toward fat-loss therapies as women. Copypower Media's team produced a series of educational and entertaining emails that ran for two weeks. All 20 spots were booked during that window. The client still reuses these emails each year (with small modifications) during the summer season with similar results.

How we did it

Email marketing strategy: clarified the audience, offer, and story arc so each message had a job in the sequence. Email automation: timed sends and follow-ups so momentum carried from story to CTA without manual one-off sends. Email copy: story-led messages—including a “Spiderman” story email—that made the campaign memorable and easy to respond to.

The results

Email open rate (average): 27.56%. Click rate (average): 2.33%. Cryotherapy session bookings: 20 of 20 available spots—100% of capacity for the campaign.
