The Problem

Their email marketing game was weak. Their old email setup on Drip just wasn't cutting it - less than 5% of their revenue came from emails. They needed a serious upgrade. That's where we came in.

The Solution

Our first move was switching them over to Klaviyo, the email marketing platform that pros use. But we didn't stop there. We dug deep to really understand Lacher Prise's audience - what made them tick, and really understanding their desires, and aspirations. Once we had that customer persona nailed, we crafted killer email sequences that spoke straight to their persona.

Welcome Sequence

We set up a 3-part welcome series that introduced the brand's vibe and values. 8% of new subscribers became customers. But we were just getting started.

Abandoned Cart Sequence

We layered on an abandoned cart sequence with a discount for the third email. On average, 12% completed their purchase after getting these reminders. That's triple the industry standard!

Browse Abandonment Flow

This one re-engaged window shoppers who had shown interest but bailed before buying. By giving them a nudge, we recaptured tons of potential sales.

Post Purchase Flow

This 4-part email flow generated over $76 per recipient by building loyalty and prompting repeat orders.
