Drone U is a professional training business for drone pilots. Certifications, courses, and in-person training events for drone pilots to elevate their skills. Over 50k subscribers. A community that trusts them. The problem was not demand. The problem was converting that demand into enrolments.
DroneU's elite experience training had 10 seats at $10,000 each. The kind of offer where a prospect needs to feel completely certain before committing that kind of money.
