You have an audience. You have traffic. But conversion stays low. The problem is usually one of two things: traffic quality or offer alignment.
Traffic quality: Not all traffic is equal. Cold traffic converts differently than warm traffic. Free content attracts different people than paid content. If your traffic doesn't match your offer's buyer, conversion will suffer.
Offer alignment: Your offer might not match what your audience wants at the moment. Price, format, outcome—any misalignment shows up as low conversion.
Fix both. Improve traffic quality by narrowing who you attract. Improve offer alignment by testing and refining until conversion improves.
